The Mandala II Series

In the construction of mandalas, it’s always a tough call to decide when to switch hats from designer to illustrator to pattern maker-and back again… for even though I’m working with basic geometric shapes, I still want to put my own stamp onto the final piece. Each composition needs to go beyond its basic structure and be a distinctive work of art. So far, I am happy with the development of the second series. Although, there will be numerous tweaks and revisions along the way!
